Yes! Even before the pandemic, we operated in a hybrid setup with some of us working remotely and some of us working from the office. While we truly believe in remote work, we also know that some team members prefer to work in an office. So we offer both options to make sure the needs of our team are being met.

The interview process at Horizons is simple, fast, and easy. We don’t want to waste candidates’ time. The interviews are generally in three rounds: one interview with HR, one interview with the hiring manager, and one interview with company leadership. This gives the company a chance to get the know candidates, and the candidates to get a good overview of the company and its culture. Generally, a full interview process will take less than 2 weeks.
